Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on the Codilla platform ("Service"), operated by Ganakys Codilla Apps (OPC) Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy.
1. Credit Purchases Are Final
All credit purchases on Codilla are final and non-refundable. Credits are digital goods that are consumed as you use AI-powered features of the Service. Once purchased, credits are immediately available in your account and considered delivered.
2. Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: You were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error.
- Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Legal requirement: Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.
- Service failure: A verified platform outage prevented you from using purchased credits for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours), and the credits were consumed during the outage.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email admin@codilla.ai within 7 days of the charge.
- Include your registered email address, the order/transaction ID, the date and amount of the charge, and a description of the issue.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Account Cancellation
- You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings.
- Upon initiating account deletion, you have a 30-day recovery window during which you can reactivate your account and retain your remaining credits.
- After the 30-day window, your account and all associated data — including any remaining credit balance — are permanently deleted and forfeited.
- We strongly recommend using or exporting your data before initiating account deletion.
5. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Price changes apply only to future purchases and do not affect credits already purchased. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any pricing changes via email or through the Service.
6. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us at admin@codilla.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
