Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to create, store, transmit, or distribute:

• Malware or malicious code: viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, exploits, or any software designed to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Illegal content: any content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to content related to illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or fraud.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any content that exploits or endangers minors. This is reported to law enforcement immediately.
• Harassment and threats: content that threatens, bullies, harasses, or intimidates individuals or groups.
• Hate speech: content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Spam and deceptive content: unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, social engineering, or fraudulent schemes.
• Infringing content: content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.

You may not:

• Bypass security measures: circumvent authentication, rate limits, access controls, or any other security mechanisms of the Service.
• Reverse engineer: decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Service or any part of its technology, except where explicitly permitted by law.
• Compete: use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or service.
• Scrape or crawl: use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data, content, or functionality from the Service.
• Cryptocurrency mining: use any Service infrastructure (including containers) for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive computations unrelated to your projects.
• Resell access: resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Impersonate: impersonate another person, entity, or Codilla staff.
• Interfere with the Service: overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service or its infrastructure for other users.

• The Service enforces rate limits and resource quotas to ensure fair access for all users.
• Automated or programmatic access must comply with published API rate limits.
• Container resources are allocated per project and must be used solely for project-related tasks.
• Excessive resource consumption that impacts other users may result in throttling or suspension.

We enforce this AUP at our sole discretion. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

1. Warning: a notification requesting you to cease the prohibited activity.
2. Content removal: removal of content that violates this AUP.
3. Temporary suspension: temporary restriction of your access to the Service.
4. Permanent termination: permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
5. Legal action: referral to law enforcement or pursuit of legal remedies where appropriate.

We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action, particularly for severe violations (e.g., CSAM, malware distribution, or imminent harm).

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to admin@codilla.ai. Include as much detail as possible, including URLs, screenshots, or descriptions of the violation. Reports are treated confidentially.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
